Layout Assist script for Autodesk Maya

This script helps you in creating Layouts for animation. It also helps you with composition references by presenting you with shots from various movies. 

Features:

• Creating animation cameras based on shot and camera number
• Switch between animation cameras
• Easy switch between animation camera and perp camera for posing
• Add overlay guides to the animation camera to help with your composition
• Pick a movie shot reference for composition, from our smartly categorized shot snippets from movies.
• A Mini View of your animation camera, can used while posing the character in your perspective view.

Usage:

• Extract the contents
• Drag install.mel file into Maya viewport to create script shortcut in active shelf
• Click on script icon to open Layout Assist window.
• Now you can create cameras, add overlays on anim camera or use a reference shot from a movie.
• Script window is self explanatory, so give it a try and you will get a hang of it.
